Population Limiter

Have you seen any wildlife channels? Or any documentary on some island, forest, wildlife? Did you find any similarity based on sex or something familiar between humans and other animals regarding mating?

Every species that exist on earth have a way to reproduce and create offspring of their own and continue the lineage. But if they continue to grow without check, don't you think they gonna exhaust resources really fast. Something nature doesn't like. So, as a primary check, they created competition for reproduction too. It sounds pretty usual, nothing shocking, right? Do you think bacteria have to compete to bud themselves out? That's sound so stupid. So, it came into the picture with the evolution that's a fact too. Yeah, I know nature has other ways to limit the exploitation of resources, but this one is exciting.

Nature gave the power to check the population of species to the female part of the species. Well, I'm talking in general. Primarily, males have to attract females for mating purposes. Sure, there are different ways of different organisms, but they all have one thing in common, i.e., males are the ones who try to win the female's attention.

It's so common in humans, too, right? Like in most societies, males are expected to earn privileges and many things to mate and give offspring who can thrive with those, and those parts attract females too. Like, ask a woman what does she want in her husband. Rich or job will be a factor in it. I'm talking in general, not about so-called enlightened souls.

Nature didn't stop here. It added pleasure to intercourse to create a motivation for males to attract. What if this wasn't the case? What if humans don't feel pleasure in having sex? It could have resulted in overpopulation, and again, something nature can't handle. So, to secure this move nature add hostility to women's body. It planned different strategies to play this out, like the acidic medium of the uterus, periods, single egg production every month etc. So, to tackle, males were blessed with million sperm in single ejaculation when the only one will fuse.

Brilliant Minds

What comes to your mind when we speak of brilliant minds? Albert Einstein? Stephan Hawking? Vinton Cerf? Bob Kahn? There are many names to say. Did they acquire that keen mind of their or they trained them? The thing is, we cannot be sure. After all, science has its language and so makes minds. Two types of mind one innately possess extraordinary capabilities and others who train themselves and push their limits. Nevertheless, these limits can be pushed to some extent only after that saturation comes or, say, and it went out of our hands. A movie named 'A man who knew infinity is based on the life of Srinivas Ramanujan. He was good with the number and contributed a lot in the field of Mathematics. However, what intriguing was that he was not trained or lectured by anyone. Moreover, on the contrary, there was G.H hardy who identified his work and helped him contribute to humanity. For the very first post, this topic isn't that bad I think. What I mean when I say World as one? Were Armchair Scientist Right?

In this post, we will take a basic derivation of Natural Selection - a theory by Charles Darwin. The armchair scientist is a term used for thinkers who depend on the researches provided to them. They interpret the work of others and try to give them shape for other causes. To start with, Charles Darwin wasn't one of them.
